Gitara stanowi bardziej urozmaicenie i tło.
Urgent to taki drapiący pop rock.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Everyone probably hummed the big romantic hits of Foreigner. I suspect that many people associate the work of this formation with such songs. Of course, let me point out again that it is extremely unjust to put musicians on the basis of only the biggest hits and treating them, like a sales letter or general preferences. Of course, this romantic premise, which is equally noble and naive.
Urgent is an example that musicians could be imprinted in the pantheon of popular music with a much wider artistic range. The piece starts with a unique, sharp, ripped synthesizer and popping bass, which creates the soundstones typical of a pure rock song, despite the fact that the foreground is not a rhythmic guitar or a heavy, heavy sound. The guitar is more variety and background. Despite the fact that the song breathes full of breasts and has a rich argan layer, it sounds quite ascetic, cold and inconspicuously creeps up to the climax, i.e. an exorbitant saxophone solo. Exactly, the saxophone appears to me here as an instrument that puts this song above mediocrity. The saxophone party directly sticks to the ground and pretends that a strong solo is not just a guitar squeak.
The second advantage of the song is singing. The voice of Lou Gramma is very specific, locates in a characteristic rocket, but you can get the impression that the vocalist tries to shout out the unusual character of the presented song. You can even get the impression that the modulation is almost careless and chaotic. Emotions that Foreigner wants to communicate focus only on the vocal layer. At some point, Lou begins to wheeze, which may lead to irritation. However, this aspect causes that the song, although it has a uniform atmosphere, is at the same time infectiously catchy and emotional and swinging. It scratches over your ears and does not put you to sleep. Urgent is such a scratching pop rock. Seemingly monotonous and unambiguous, but definitely intriguing. The picture is also captivating, where once again one can experience the euphoria resulting from joint creation, playing and singing. Urgent sounds very fresh and convincing after 37 years. Quite clearly, time is working in favor of this piece.
